The Hunter Henry Center's ultra-modern allure adds just the right touch of sophistication for meetings and special events. Numerous spaces of various dimensions are available throughout the complex.

Larger groups may prefer the Parker Ballroom, one of the largest meeting and dining sites in the area. The full ballroom can accommodate up to 250 for a seated, served meal and 400 theater style. The ballroom breaks down into two separate rooms for other functions. Additional theater style seating can be found in the Brunson Seminar Room, which seats 55. Two smaller meeting rooms seat eight persons each, while three larger conference rooms will accommodate 12 comfortably per room. Executive committee rooms of the Alumni Association and the MSU Foundation flank each wing of the building, seating 20 and 24 respectively.

A popular spot for stand up cocktail receptions and other after-hours events is the lobby area. The lobby can be reserved daily beginning at 5 p.m. An upper lounge area, Legacy Hall, is available for more intimate receptions.

The grounds of the Henry Center feature several attractive water features including a large reflecting pool, smaller water gardens and an amphitheater. The entire complex lends itself beautifully to indoor and outdoor events depending on the season.
