Rental Rates
The Hunter Henry Center may be booked up to one year in advance. All bookings are handled through the Henry Center reservations office which may be contacted at 662.325.9395 or by email at jshook@devalumni.msstate.edu.
Reservations may be held for two weeks without a deposit or a letter of request. A non-refundable deposit is required and must be received within two weeks of the reservation confirmation date. Reservations without a deposit may be released. All reservations are subject to the approval of the Office of the Vice President for Development and Alumni for Mississippi State University.
For your convenience, the Henry Center offers the following packages. All prices are per day, however, some bookings may be eligible for multi-day discounts.

Parker Ballroom and Henry Lobby
